I listened to you on George’s radio prog. last night. It was great ! There was supposed to be a website you were leaving up for 48 hours for the listeners. I cannot find it unless it is just the ones selling books and CDs. You gave so many sites, I got confused. Mostly you discussed “cancer free”. I was particularly interested in the STRESS element. I am 64 and have been immobilized by depression as long as I can remember. My psychologist agrees but says my main problem is PTSD stemming from childhood and then being fed during my 36 year marriage to a narcissitic husband.

I worry about money and what people think of me mostly. As I have aged, I am not nearly as concerned about what others think but, of course, it is still on my mind. I am a perfectionist which many aquaintances would doubt if they saw my home. It is totally cluttered to the point of being a safety/health hazard. Part of it is “hoarding” and part is the way I suddenly had to move out of a 36 yr marriage w/no warning and no control over packing or even what I was allowed to take. Consequently, my home is wall-to-wall boxes, unmarked. I do not know where anything is and do not even know what I have.

My physical condition (arthritis, pinched nerve in back) and my depression cause me to become so overwhelmed that I get nothing done. I sleep a lot. My psychologist believes I have ideopathichypersomnia. (spelling?) I am going to have a sleep study done in May. It is supposed to be different from a sleep apnea test. I have no trouble sleeping at night but I fall asleep during the day while engaged in activities like driving, writing, eating, reading, etc. It is not so sudden that I wreck the car. I realize it is coming on and pull over.

Anyway, you said it was a site only for the listeners last night . Please tell me the website. You mentioned ….
