A must read for everyone with stress and/or health concerns in their life. Or if you 'just feel unhappy'. This book is very easy to follow and to understand, very informative and to the point. I was not able to put it down. Finally, Dr. Coldwell is not afraid to tell the truth. This book is written to offer people a second chance and I am taking full advantage of it. This is a must read to finally feel good again, to have hope. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Coldwell!

I wish I had this book years ago and would have learned about the dangers of vaccination before. This easy to understand book is full of solutions and valuable suggestion. Instinct Based Medicine does not only show the deficiencies in the medical profession but offers answers and help to everybody. The fear went away after I red this wonderful book and now I can start living again. I know now what I did wrong and how to correct it. Thank you Dr Leonard for letting us in, into your wealth of knowledge. Now I know there is truly not one single illness that cannot be cured

I have always thought that the cause of most disease is dis-ease. Well Dr. Coldwell's book disclosed that the source of our dis-ease is in the form of stress. Dr Coldwell identifies the myriad forms and sources of stress. He provides specific steps to take to reduce stress. I suggest every BODY would benfit from the knowledge found in this book. Thank you Dr. Coldwell.

Until now, I never understood the true impact that stress plays in our lives and how dangerous it can be IF left unchecked. Understanding exactly how the body reacts to stress and then learning such a simple and easy way to negate the effects of stress has helped me become more relaxed and focused that I ever thought possible.

The role of stress in illness is so underrated it elicits slight attention in typical diagnoses. Yet, as Dr. Coldwell demonstrates, when stress is addressed as a primary cause the illness becomes much easier to cure or even avoid.
